Who We Work With

Owners who are ready
for what comes next.

We work with operators of youth sports clubs, tournaments, and camps who have built something real — and have real ambitions for where it goes from here.

Youth sports team

Most owners we talk to got into this because they love youth sports. They've built something that works. But at some point, growth starts running into real limits — and the things that got you here aren't always enough to get you where you want to go.

That's the gap we fill. We come in as majority partners and hands-on operators — not as a silent investor waiting for quarterly updates.

You want to grow but need capital to do it
Adding a program, opening a second location, or upgrading facilities takes resources you don't want to pull from operations.
You're maxed out on time and capacity
There's more opportunity in front of you than hours in the day. You need someone in the trenches with you.
You need to make hires you can't yet afford
The next level requires a real team. You know what you need — you just need a partner to help you get there.
What We Offer

More than capital.
An actual partner.

When we come in, we're not handing things off to a management team and checking in once a quarter. We're in it with you.

01

Capital to grow

We bring the resources to invest in the things that actually move the needle — new hires, better facilities, expanded programming — without disrupting what's already working.

02

Hands-on operations

We take on real operational responsibility. Scheduling, staffing, systems, growth planning — we dig into the work alongside you, not from a distance.

03

Your community stays yours

The brand families know, the coaches who built your culture, the way things feel on game day — that doesn't change. We build on what you've created, not over it.

How We Operate

What you can expect
from us.

Taking on a partner is a big decision. Here's how we try to make it a straightforward one.

We move at your pace
No pressure, no manufactured urgency. We work on a timeline that makes sense for you and your business.
Straight talk, always
We say what we mean. If something isn't the right fit, we'll tell you that upfront.
We respect what you've built
Your organization has a reputation in your community. We take that seriously.
Full discretion
We never reach out to your staff or community without your say-so.

How It Works

Simple from start to finish.

No jargon, no surprises. Here's what working with us actually looks like.

Step 01

A real conversation

We start with a casual call — just us getting to know your business and what you're trying to do. No commitment, no paperwork.

Step 02

We learn what makes it tick

If there's a fit, we spend time understanding your operation — the people, the programs, the community. Not just the numbers.

Step 03

A clear offer

We put together a straightforward proposal. What we're offering, what we're expecting, what the partnership looks like. No games.

Step 04

We get to work

Once we're partners, we show up and do the work — focused on building something better than either of us could do alone.

Our Team

Two people who grew up in this world.

We've both spent our lives in youth sports — as players, as coaches, and as fans. That's what drives us, and it's the lens through which we look at every business we work with.

Common Questions

Things we get asked a lot.

What does the ownership structure look like?

We come in as majority partners and active operators. The exact split depends on the business, but we always want the founder to retain meaningful ownership and stay involved.

Do I still run things day-to-day?

That's up to you. Some owners want to stay heavily involved — great. Others want to step back from certain parts. We figure out the right roles together based on what you actually want.

What kinds of businesses are a good fit?

Youth sports clubs, tournament operators, and camp businesses across all sports. If you've got a real customer base, a track record, and a clear sense of where you want to go — let's talk.

How long does the process take?

We move as fast or as slow as makes sense for you. Once we agree on terms, we work hard to close quickly so we can start focusing on growth together.

Will anything change for my families and athletes?

The goal is they see the same brand and coaches — just with better programs, better facilities, and fewer gaps in the experience over time.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

Totally fine. A lot of owners we talk to are still early in thinking about this. An early conversation costs nothing and helps you understand your options without committing to anything.
